A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'l'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~M APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO.
105 FOR tHE LOCAL CIRCULATION IN THE SOUTHEAST
INDUSTRI~ AREA IN THE VICINITY OF CERRITOS
AVENUE. UTELLA AVENUE. HOWELL AVENUE. SUNKIS'l'
STREET (rUTU}~ EXTENSION) ill~D THE PROPOSED ORANGE
FREEWAY (AL'l'ERNATE NO.6).
WHElmAS, the City Planning Comnlission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development
Plan No. 105 encompassing an area more particularly hereinafter
described and at s~id hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons inter~sted therein and from its staff; and
w~EPEAS. within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon the Planning Commission did duly announce by
formal resolution its findings of fact and declare its opinions
and reasons for re~ommending approval of Area Development Plan
No. 105, Alternate No.6; and
WHEREAS, upon recei9t of said recommendation, summary
of evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 31st day of
March, 1970, as the time and the City Council Chamber in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing
upon said Area Development Plan No. lOS, and
WHEREAS. at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City C~uncil did hold and conduct such public hearing
and give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports and did thereupon
consider the summary of evidence presented at said public hearing
before the Planning Commission, its report of findings and recom-
mendations i and
WHEREAS. ~le City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 105, Alternate No.6, should be approved
as recomnlended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 105, Alternate
No.6, encompassing all of the following described area in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
That certain territory in the southeast industrial
area in the vicinity of Cerritos Avenue, Katella
Avenue, Howell Avenue, Sunkist Street (future exten-
sion) and the proposed Orange Freeway
be and the same is hereby approved.
