A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED
AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES
SHOULD BE CHANGED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 6~-70-34 to consider an amendment to
Title 18 of t e Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, and
to consider a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, and at said hearing did
receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein
and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty days following said
hearing the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that the pro-
posed amendment be adopted by the City Council and that a
certain zone or zones be changed as hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission the City Council did fix the fist day
of March , 19 70 as the time, and the C1 y Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place
for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and the exclusion of said
property, hereinafter described, from the zone or zones in
which it is now situated and the incorporation thereof in the
zone or zones hereinafter set forth, and did give notice there-
of in the manner and form as provided in said Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at
said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report
of findings and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be adopted and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter
set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following
described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:

That parcel of land located in the County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the existing City limit line of the
City of Anaheim as established by the Placentia and Cerritos
Annexation to the City of Anaheim passed by Ordinance 1380,
September 8, 19S9 and filed with the Secretary of State Octo-
ber 13, 19S9, said point of beginning being distant from the
centerline intersection of Katella Avenue (formerly Struck Avenue)
and Douglass Road the following courses and distances, North
880 S3' S2" West 1,469.32 feet, South 10 06' 08" West 30 feet;
thence
Leaving the said exis ting City limi t line of the City of Anaheim
North 10 06' 08" East 30 feet to the point of beginning of the
linedescribed in the deed to the State of California~ recorded
April 20, 1967, in Book 8229, pages 9S3 through 9SS, records
of Orange County, California; thence
Following along a portion of the line described in the last
mentioned deed to ~e State of California the following courses
and distances, Nortl1l 10 06' 08" East 30 feet to a point in a
curve concave southerly having a radius of 1,060.00 feet, a
radial line bearing North 120 33' 42" West passes through said
point; thence along said curve easterly from a tangent~ which
bears North 770 26' 18" East through a central angle of So 16'
19" an arc distance of 97.S3 feet to a reverse curve concave
northwesterly having a radius of 50 feet; thence along said
reverse curve northeasterly from a tangent which bears North
820 42' 37" East through a central angle of 810 36' 29" an
arc distance of 71.22 feet; thence tangent to said last mentioned
curve North 10 06' 0811 East 150.79 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave easterly, and having a radius of 200
feet; thence northeasterly along last mentioned curve, through
a central angle of 430 SO' 4411 an arc distance of 153.05 feet
to an intersection with a line parallel with and distant westerly
489.66 feet from the easterly line of Lot S, the Travis ~ract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book S, page 120 of Miscellaneous
Records in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California; thence leaving the line described in the
last mentioned deed to said State of California South 010 03'
17" West 328.92 feet along the last mentioned parallel line to
an intersection with the line described in the deed to the
State of California in deed recorded September 18, 1954, in Book
7224, page 301, records of Orange County California, said point
of intersection being a point in a curve concave southerly and
having a radius of 1,060 feet a radial line bearing North lO
55' 28" West passes through said point of intersection; thence
FOllowing along a portion of the line described in the last
mentioned deed to the State of California, easterly along the
last mentioned curve through a central angle of 30 01' 36" an
arc distance of S6 feet, to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 60 feet northerly as measured at right angles from the
centerline of Katella Avenue (formerly known as Struck Avenue);
thence South 880 S3' 52" East 23.78 feet along said parallel
line tangent to the last mentioned curve to an angle point in the
line described in the last mentioned deed to the State of Cali-
fornia; thence North 280 l5' 55" East 2S7.38 feet; thence North
240 58' 32" East 607.25 feet to an intersection with the West
line of the East 46 feet of lot 5 of said Travis Tract as shown
on a Map recorded in Book S, page 120 of Miscellaneous Records
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California; thence

Leaving the linedescribed in the last mentioned deed to the
State of California North 10 03' 17" East 237.38 feet along a
portion of the west line of the east 46 feet of said Lot 50f
the Travis Tract to an intersection with the northerly line
of Lot 5 of said Tr.avis Tract, thence;
FOl1owing along the easterly line of the land described in the
last mentioned deed and the southerly prolongation thereof South
10 031 17" West 1,111 feet more or less, to an intersection with
a line paral1el with and 30 feet southerly of the centerline of
Howell Avenue, formerly known as Struck Avenue, said point of
intersection being a point in the existing City limit line of
the City of Anaheim, as established by the aforementioned Placentia
and Cerri tos Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence
Following along the said existing City limit line of the City of
Anaheim being the last mentioned parallel line South 880 53' 52"
East 220 feet plus or minus, to the point of beginning.

incorporated in CITY OF ANAHEIM R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit
to the City Council tan ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and determined
to be necessary and proper.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
