A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDITION$ AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLE~ TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
PIEROSE M4INTENANCE CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates Anaheim
Stadium located at 2000 South State College Boulevard in the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS. the City of Anaheim has an agreement with the
Golden West Baseball Company which obligates the City of Anaheim
to furnish the services of game-day personnel for major profes-
sional league baseb.ll games conducted by Golden West Baseball
Company at Anaheim $tadiumj and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to contract with
Pierose Maintenance Corporation to provide said personnel at
said games; and
WHEREAS, Pierose Maintenance Corporation desires to
provide said personael at said games.
NOW, THE~FORE, 'BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an agreement between the City of Anaheim
and Pierose Mainten~ce Corporation on file in the Office of the
City Clerk of the City of Anaheim and the terms and conditions
thereof should be and are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of March, 1970.
