RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 127

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN
MADE IN THE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ANNEXA-
TION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM KNOWN AND DESIG-
NATED AS MIRALOMA-CORONADO ANNEXATION .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on the 31st day of December , 19~, receive a written
petition asking that~ertain territory described in said peti-
tion be annexed to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No.
70R-28 , designating the said proposed annexation as MIRALOMA-
CORONADO A~RXATION and
WHEREAS, the City Council did fix the 10~h day of
March ,19 70 , at the hour of 1:30 P.M., at the City
Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim, as the
day, hour and place when and where the City Council would hear
protests made by the owner or owners of any real property within
the territory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published by the
City Clerk in accordance with the requirements of law; and

WHEREAS, sa~d hearing on protests was held on the 10~h
March , 19~, and on said date said hearing was
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
does find and declare that a majority protest was not made
at said hearing.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of March , 19 70.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tern of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 70R-127 on the 10th day
of March, 1970.
