RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 121
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ~IM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-82
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
passed and adopte4 Resolution No. 70R-82pert~ning to rates
for general water ,service and connections and fixing charges
for the installat~on of water mains for water furnished to
consumers and for :all services rendered in connection there-
with; and
WHEREAS, an administrative error has been discovered
in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said
error nunc pro tunc.
NOW, T~BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~ that Resolution No. 70R-82 be, and the same
is hereby amended nunc pro tunc as follows:
Page 12, sta~ting at line 32, is hereby amended by
adding thereto:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that amended rates and
special conditions hereunder shall become ef-
fective on all bills rendered to consumers
reflect~ng consumption for any complete bill-
ing period commencing on or after the 1st day
of March, 1970."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as hereinabove
amended, the provisions of Resolution No. 70R-82 shall remain
in full force and effect.
THE FORSGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of March, 1970.
