A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING l.ASENENT GRAl-JT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR HOAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
Anaheim is
real property
road and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of HELEN ~iESNER, a widow,
and EDGAR BENNETT WESNER and LILLIi\l\i WESNER, husband and w~te
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
Basement over tile real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as.
iill easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the northerly 32 feet, as measured at
right angles to the centerline of ROffineya Drive of that
parcel of land described as follows~
The northerly 129 feet, measured. along the easterly line
of that portion of Lots 9 and 10 of the Niles Rancho, as
shown on a I\Jap thereof recorded in Book 4, page 7, I\ijiscel-
laneous ~aps, records of said Orange County, bounded and
described as follows~
Beginning at a point in the centerline of the unnamed road
shmlTn on said. }jap adjoining said Lots 9 and 10 on the north
and known as Rornneya Drive, distant thereon South 890 43 I 20"
~est 328.98 feet from the intersection of said centerline
with the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of
said Lot 10, said point of beginning being the intersection
of said centerline with the easterly line or the northerly
prolongation thereof, of the tract of land described in the
deed dated July 10, 1942, executed by Bank of American Na-
tional Trust and Savings Association, in favor of David
Corderman and wife, and recorded in Book 1156, page 18,

the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of j'."naheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
