A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-83
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim passed
and adopted Resolution No. 70R-83 pertaining to a reduction of
rates in the sale of electric energy to certain domestic,commercial
and industrial customers; and
WHEREAS, two clerical errors have been discovered in
said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to correct said cleri-
cal errors nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 70R-83 be, and the same
is hereby amended nunc pro tunc as follows:
Page 1 at line 25 of said Resolution which presently reads
"(1) to be billed on General Service Schedule A-3 or"
is amended to read:
"(1) to be billed on General Service Schedule A-3 or
A-4 or",
Page 2 at line 6 of said Resolution which presently reads
II All Excess KWH per month per KW of billing demand . . .
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . per KWH . 065 (: II ,
is amended to read:
"All Excess KWH per month per KW of billing demand . . .
. . . . .. ..... . . . . . . ,. per KWH. ,0..65 (: " .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove amend-
ed, the provisions of Resolution No. 70R-83 shall remain in full
force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of February, 1970.
