RESOLUTION NO. 83R-319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to install a sewer
line, a portion of which will cross private property: and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property, Savi Ranch
Associates, has executed an agreement which grants to the City of
Anaheim an easement of said sewer lines: and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said easement, subject to the conditions therein contained.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve said agreement and accept
said easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said deed
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council shall cause
said agreement to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
