A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PuBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (83-lA)
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
The northerly five feet of that public alley extend-
ing from Olive ~treet to Melrose Street approximately
300 feet south of Broadway reserving to the City of
Anaheim and the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph
Company certain easements for public utility purposes,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on fil~ in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of August, 1983.
