RESOLUTION NO. 83R-350
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING CITY COUNCIL DESIGNEES
FOR THE CORRECTION OR CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL
ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore authorized, or will hereinafter authorize, the addition
of certain special assessments to the taxes levied upon certain
properties, and directed the Auditor-Controller of the County of
Orange ("Auditor") to add same to the tax roll; and
WHEREAS, it is periodically necessary to request the
Auditor to make certain corrections and/or cancellations of same;
and
WHEREAS, the Auditor has determined that henceforth no
correction or cancellation of special assessments may be made to
the tax roll without the authorization of this City Councilor the
designee, or designees, of this City Council.
NOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that this City
Council's designees for the correction and/or cancellation of
special assessments are as follows:
(a) Weed Abatement
(b) Street Lighting
City Fire Marshal
City Engineer
BE IT FURTH~R RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
forward a certified dopy of this Resolution to the County
Auditor-Controller.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
