RESOLUTION NO. 83R-351
~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CONSENTING TO A JOINT PUBLIC HEARING, ESTABLISHING A
DATE, TIME, AND PLACE THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING PUBLI-
CATION AND MAILING OF NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE RIVER VALLEY
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the
(Health and Safety Code
hear ing on the proposed
Redevelopment Project,
Redevelopment Agency and
and
California Community Redevelopment Law
Section 33355) author izes a joint public
Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley
with the consent of the Anaheim
the City Council of the City of Anaheim;
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, by
Resolution, has consented to a joint public hearing on the
proposed Redevelopment Plan for said Project and has requested
that the City Council consent to such joint public hearing and
establish the date, time and place therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby consent to a joint public hearing
on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the River Valley
Redevelopment Project and hereby approves the 22nd day of
Novemb~r, 1983 at 1:30 o'clock p.m. in the City Council Chambers,
;::: i vie Center, 200 S. Anahe im Boulevard, Anahe im, California as
the place for such joint public hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim shall, in cooperation with the Executive Director of
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, publish and mail a notice of
public hearing on the proposed Redevelopment Plan, in the manner
and with other documents as required and established by law.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of September ,
1983.
