A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ APPROVING THE DISPOSITION OF CER-
TAIN CITY-OWNED PROPERTY AND DIRECTING THE
PUBLISHING OF NOTICE OF SAID SALE.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
real property located at 2504 West Conley Avenue in the City
of Anaheim~
WHEREAS, said property is not needed for present or
prospective City purposes~ and
WHEREAS, the City desires to sell said property at
this time.
NOW, THERErORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim as follows:
1. The disposition of said property in accordance with
Section 1222 of the Charter of the City of Anaheim is hereby
approved.
2. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of said
sale.
3. The City M~nager or his designee is hereby authorized
and directed to imp~ement and undertake any and all procedures
necessary to accomp~ish the disposition of this property.
THE FOREGOj[NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of September,
1983.
