A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION I WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
335 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 63R-96 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 335 on February 5, 1963, by Resolution No. 63R-96; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 335 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 63R-96 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 6th day of September, 1983.
