RESOLUTION NO. 83R-370
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-499
WHICH EST~LISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES RE~ESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM POLICE
ASSOCIATION.
~ WHEREAS, the Huma~ Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 13, 19~3, that new job classification be created,
effective September 9, 1983; ~nd
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 82R-499, which establishe~ rates of compensation for classes represented
by the Anaheim Police Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of this classifieation is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following jo~ classification be created and allocated to the
Salary Schedule Master as follows:
Section 1.
That effective Se,tember 9, 1983 through October 6, 1983,
inclusive, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the
City of Anaheim who are now e~ployed or will in the future be employed in the
classifications listed pelow $ha1l be allocated to the following salary
schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 82R-499 shall ~emain in full force and effect.
