A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~M DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN ~U$LIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (83-SA)
BE IT RES04VED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
Those certain abutters vehicular access rights to
Gilbert Street from and to property located on the
east side of Gilbert Street approximately 160' north
of Ball Road,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTijER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacat~oq will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
October 11, 1983
