RESOLUTION NO. 83R-376
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
83R-315 TO EXTEND THE BID DATE FOR THE
FOYER CANOPY AT THE CONVENTION CENTER,
ACCOUNT NO. 24-969-7107.
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the
City Council that no bids were received on the above-mentioned
public improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has requested an extension
of time for the submittal and the opening of said bids; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City to extend the opening of bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 83R-315, adopted on the 9th
day of A~gust, 1983 be, and the same is hereby, amended to the
following extent only:
1. That the notice inviting sealed proposals shall be
published on the 22nd and 29th days of September, 1983;
2. That the opening of the bids shall be on the 6th day of
October, 1983; and
3. That the award will be made on the 18th day of October,
1983.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereinabove
amended, said Resolution No. 83R-315 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of September,
1983.
