RESOLUTION NO. 83R-392
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM. DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PU~LIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (83-6A)
BE IT RESO~VED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the fOllowing
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
Those certain easements for public utility purposes
extending easterly and westerly from Hayward Street
approximately 272 feet north of the centerline of
Rome Avenue,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURT'~R RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacatio~ will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. arias soon thereafter as the m~tter may be
he~rd, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
November 8, 1983.
THE FOREGOtNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the ttity of Anaheim this 11th day of October, 1983.
