RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING PROJECT OF QUALITY SYSTEMS,
INCORPORATED FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOND
FINANCING AND THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THEREFOR.
The City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim
has heretofore accepted the application of Quality Systems,
Incorporated for industrial development bond financing pursuant to
the California Industrial Development Financing Act; and
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim
has adopted a Resolution No. IDAA 83-1 expressing its intention to
issue industrial development bonds in order to assist Quality
Systems, Inco~porated in the financing of a manufacturing facility
and related auxiliary facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counc i 1 of
hereby find's, determines, and declares that
Company described in said application and the
said Authority under said Act, therefore,
unconditionally approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and ~dopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of October, 1933.
