NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of Novembert
1983t at the hour of 1:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers
located in the Anaheim Civic Centert 200 South Anaheim
Boulevardt Anaheim, Californiat the City Council of the City of
Anaheim will hold a public hearing on the question of whether to
approve the issuance by the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim of its industrial development bonds in the principal
amount of not to exceed $5,000tOOO for the purpose of providing
financing to Quality Systemst Inc., for the development of a
computerized information processing system design and marketing
center and related auxiliary facilities to be located on an
approximate 5-acre si te in the general vicini ty of the
intersection of Lakeview and La Palma Avenues in the Ci ty of
Anaheimt California

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM CALLING HEARING ON THE ISSUANCE OF
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BONDS AND PROVIDING NOTICE
THEREOF.
RESOLVEDt by the City Council of the City of Anaheimt
Californiat as follows:
WHEREASt the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim proposes to issue its industrial development bonds in the
prine ipal amount of not to exceed $ 5,000,000 f or the purpose of
providing financing to Quality Systems, Inc. for the development
of a computerized information processing system design and
marketing center facility and related auxiliary facilities to be
located at an approximate 5 acre si te in the general vicini ty of
the intersection of Lakeview and La Palma Avenues in the City of
Anaheimt California;
WHEREASt Section l03(k) of the Internal Revenue Code of
1954, as amended, requires that this City Council hold a public
hearing on the question of whether this City Council should
approve the issuance of said Bonds; and
be held.
WHEREAS, it is in the public interest that said hearing
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Ci ty Council of this Ci ty hereby calls a
public hearing on November 8t 1983t at the hour of 1:30 ~.m. at
City Council Chamberst Anaheim Civic Center, Anaheimt CalIfornia
on the question of whether the City Council should approve the
issuance by the Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim its
industrial development bonds in the principal amount of not to
exceed $5,000,000 for the purpose of providing financing to
Quality Systemst Inc. for the development of a computerized
information processing system design and marketing center facility
and related auxiliary facilities project to be located at the
approximate 5 acre site in the general vicinity of the
intersection of Lakeview and La Palma Avenues in the Ci ty of
Anaheimt California.

2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to
provide notice of said public hearing by publication of said
notice in substantially the form attached hereto once at least
fourteen (14) days prior to said hearing in the Ci ty Council
Chambers, Anaheim Civic Center, Anaheimt California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of October, 1983.
