RESOLUTION NO. 83R-400
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PU$LIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-363.

BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
Those easements for public sewer and drainage
purposes described as:
1) Extending from Chestnut Street to a point
135' northerly thereof approximately 550
feet west of Harbor Boulevard.
2) Extending in an east-west direction parallel
to and south of Lincoln Avenue approximately
350' east of Citron Street.
3) Adjacent to that public alley approximatly
195' east of Citron Street north of Broadway,
as said streets, highways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacation will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 20p South Anaheim Boulevard on:
November 8, 1983
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 83R-363 be,
and it is hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of October,
1983.
