A RESQLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
OF AN!HEIM AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
RELOC TION OF ONE 135' HIGH ADVERTISING

Whereas, tbe City Council of the City of Anaheim did
authorize the reloc~tion of one 135' high advertising tower at the
Amtrak Station located at the Anaheim Stadium, all in accordance
with plans and spec!fications on file in the office of the City
Engineer, and in ac~ordance with the bid received by the City by
the West Coast Sign Service, Inc., in the amount of $58,000.00,
all of said work, l~bor services, materials and services to be
performed in a good and workmanlike manner on or before
November 1, 1983.
NOW, THEREtORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Contractor be,
and it is hereby, r~quired to furnish to the City of Anaheim in
companies satisfactQry to the City of Anaheim, public liability,
property damage, compensation, and other insurance in the amounts
and for the purpose, set forth and specified in the contract with
the City, and subje~t to the approval of the City Attorney as to
form and sufficiency.
AND BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Anah~im be, and they are hereby, authorized and
directed to make, e*ecute and enter into, for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim, a ~ritten contract with said Contractor for the
furnishing of all ptant, labor, materials, and equipment and
performing all work, as hereinabove more particularly described,
for the constructio~, installation and completion of said public
improvement hereina~ove described upon the terms and conditions as
specified.
THE FOREGOtNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1983.
