A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AN~ AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-577
WHICH ESTABL~HED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES REP~ENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL
UNION NO. 47, UTILITY EMPLOYEES UNIT.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated October 10, 1983 that upgrade status be added to the
classification of Senior Utilities Service Worker; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 82R-577 which established rates of compensation for classes represented by
the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 47,
Utility Employees Unit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adding upgrade status to this classification is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that upgrade status be added to the following job classification
effective October 21, 1983:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 82R-577 shall temain in full force and effect.
