RESOLUTION NO. 83R-413
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAH~ AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 82R-499
WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSES REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM POLICE
ASSOCIAT[ON.
WHEREAS, the H~n Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated October 18, 1983, that a new job classification be created,
effective October 21, 1983; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 82R-499, which established rates of compensation for classes represented
by the Anaheim Police Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classification be created and allocated to the
Salary Schedule Master as follows:
Section 1.
That effective October 21, 1983 inclusive and as established by
future agreements between the City and the Anaheim Police Association, the
basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim
who are now employed or will. in the future be employed in the classifications
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 82R-499 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of October , 1983.
