RESOLUTION NO. 83R-426
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR CERTAIN
PUBLIC PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property located within the corporate limits of the
City of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City of
Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of said City-owned real
property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of its
City-owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does hereby dedicate to public use for
road and public utility purposes the following described parcels
of land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, more particularly described as follows, to wit:

No. 2152, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 74, pages
46 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to record a certified copy of this
resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange.
