RESOLUTION NO. 83R-448
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OP ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
83R-387 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on September 27, 1983, the City Council passed Resolution
No. 83R-387 and through inadvertence and clerical error, the upgrade status on
Children's Services Librarian was left out and Electrical System Designer and
Industrial Engineer were incorrectly stated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 83R-387, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the addition of upgrade status to the classification of Children's
Services Librarian and the proper classifications of Electrical System
Designer and Industrial Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend the following classifications
contained in Section 2 of Resolution No. 83R-387, nunc pro tunc;

AND BE IT PURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, by this
resolution, Resolution No. 83R-387 shall remain unchanged and in full force
