RESOLUTION NO. 83R-450
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1410 AND D~CLARING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-324
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1410 on August 7, 1973, by Resolution No. 73R-324; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit No. 1410 for the reason it is no longer
needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1410 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 73R-324 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of November, 1983.
