RESOLUTION NO. 83R-476
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROfING DISTRICT AGREEMENT NO. 3648-S1,
7-0RA-250 4.7Y4.8 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
STATE OF CALIfORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR CERTAIN S~RM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS TO STATE COLLEGE
BOULEVARD, INi THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the ptate of California Department of
Transportation and the! City of Anaheim have determined that
certain storm drain improvements are needed to State College
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto, on July 12, 1983, entered
into an agreement whic~ provides for certain storm drain
improvements in State ~ollege Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the parties do desire to supplement said
agreement of July 12, 1983, to provide for certain pavement
rehabilitation work an~ to provide for the payment of the costs
thereof; and

WHEREAS, the ~tate has submitted a supplemental Agreement
No. 3648-S1 7-0RA-250 i4. 7/4. 8 to provide for said rehabilitation;
and
WHEREAS, it iis in the best interest of the Ci ty to enter
into said supplementa~ Agreement No. 3648-S1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that qistrict Supplemental Agreement No. 3648-S1
7-0RA-250 4.7/4.8 be, iand the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, ~u.thor ized and directed to execute said
supplemental agreemen~ on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
