RESOLUTION NO. 83R-483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTIO~ WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2123 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-2 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2123 on January 6, 1981, by Resolution No. 81R-2: and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2123 for the reason it is no longer
needed: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
said Conditional Use Permit be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution No. 81R-2 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of December, 1983.
