A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for public
utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LA PALMA INDUSTRIAL
PARK, a limited partnership
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for public
utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the westerly 8 feet and the southerly 8 feet of
the easterly 278.50 feet of Lot 16 and the southerly 8
feet of the westerly 193 feet of Lot 15 in Block 36,
Yorba Linda Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
5, pages 17 and 18, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
