tenance of ~derground electrical conduit and related
electrical f~cilities as shown on a Map attached hereto
and made a pqrt hereof, over, under and across a strip
of land 5 feet wide, unless otherwise indicated on said
Map, lying w:i4thin that portion of the Northwest quarter
of the South~ast quarter of Section 12. Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County California, des-
cribed as fo~lows:
Commencing a~ the centerline intersection of Lincoln Avenue
(formerly knQwn as Anaheim-Olive Road) and Sunkist Street,
as shown on a Map of Tract 3438, recorded in Book 132,
pages 7, 8 and 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County; thence along the centerline of said Sunkist Street
South 00 10' 16" West 236.48 feet to the true point of
beginning; t~ence continuing along the centerline of said
Sunkist Street South 00 10' 16" West 373.25 feet; thence
