A RESOLUTfON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY tOR AN EASEMENT FOR PEDESTRIAN WALKING
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purch.sing the hereinafter described real property
for mupicipal purDoses, to wit: An easement for pedestr1an
walk1ng purpose~.
and
WHEREAS, ~he owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for th$ benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~m that the offer of EZRALOW-SCHWARTZ
MANAGEMENT CO., ~ corporation
to sell to the Ci~y of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for pedestrian
walking purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for a pedestrian walkway over, under and
across a strip pf land, being the Westerly ten (10) feet
of the Southerlw 203 feet of that portion of the North
half of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at a ~oint on the Northerly line of said
Section 13, disitant North 890 41' 15" East 1162.30
feet from the Nbrthwest corner of said Section 13;
thence North 89'0 41' 15" East 493.85 feet along said
Northerly line to the Northeast corner of land des-
cribed in a deed to Albert F. Urbigkeit and wife
recorded March 14, 1963 in Book 6466, page 754 of
Official Records; thence South 00 11' 45" East
parallel with the Easterly line of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 13 to the Southerly line
of the North half of the Northwest quarter of said
Section 13; thence South 890 37' 30" West along said
Southerly line to a point distant thereon North 890
37' 30" East 1162.58 feet from the intersection of
said Southerly line with the Westerly line of said
Section 13; thence North 00 10' 58" West to the point
of beginning.

Excepting therefrom that portion of said land lying
Southerly of the Northwesterly line and its Easterly
continuation of that certain strip of land 75.00 feet
in widtn, as described in Final Order of Condemnation
to the Orange County Flood Control District, a certified
copy of which was recorded January 25, 1961 in Book 5605,
page 236 of Official Records of said County.
Also excepting therefrom that portion of said land lying
Easterly of the following described line: Beginning at
a point on the Northerly line of said Section 13, distant
North 890 41' IS" East 1409.22 feet from the Northwest
corner of said Section 13; thence South 00 18' 45" East
to the Southerly line of the North half of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 13.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, an~ that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00').
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
