RESOLUTION NO. 70R 81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING TRACT NO. 2893
WITHDRAWN FROM ORANGE COUNTY STREET LIGHT-
ING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 8.
WHEREAS, Tract No. 2893 has heretofore been annexed
to the City of An~eim and now is a part of Orange County
Street Lighting Maintenance District No.8; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim and the residents of the
said Tract No. 2893 that said Tract be withdrawn from Orange
County Street Lighting Maintenance District No.8, effective
June 30, 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it declare, and it does hereby
declare, that pursuant to Section 5853 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California the following des-
cribed property whi.ch has been annexed to the City be with-
drawn from Orange County Street Lighting Maintenance District
No.8:
Tract 2893, recorded in Book 89, pages 9 thru lO,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
AND BE I[, FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby ordered and directed to file certified copies of
this resolution with the State Board of Equalization, the Orange
County Board of Supervisors as the governing board of Orange
County Street Lighting Maintenance District No. 8 and with the
County Assessor of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of February , 1970.
