RESOLUTION NO. 70 R 80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING TRACTS NOS. 5083,
5487, 5332 IN THE SHERWOOD COUNTY LIGHTING
DISTRICT WITHDRAWN FROM SAID LIGHTING DIS-
TRICT .
WHEREAS, Tracts Nos. 5083, 5487, and 5332 have
heretofore been annexed to the City of Anaheim, and are
now a part of thelSherwood County Lighting District~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim and the residents of
said Tracts Nos. 5083, 5487, and 5332 that said Tracts be
withdrawn from the Sherwood County Lighting District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it declare and it does declare
that pursuant to Section 5853 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California the following described pro-
perty which has been annexed to the City be withdrawn from
the Sherwood County Lighting District:
Tract 5083, recorded in Book 200, pages 38 and

39, M1scellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; Tract 5487, recorded in Book 200,
pages 34, 35, and 36, Miscellaneous Maps, records
or Orange County, California, and Tract 5332, re-
corded in Book 192, pages 36, 37, and 38, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby ordered and directed to file certified copies of
this Resolution with the State Board of Equalization, the Orange
County Board of Supervisors as the governing board of the
Sherwood County Lighting District, and with the County Assessor
of Orange County.
