A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND EASEMENTS.
(Abandonment No. ABA200400100)
BE TT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its
intention to vacate the following public streets, highways and service easements pursuant to the Public
Streets, Highways and Service Easement Vacation Law (part 3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways
Code); to wit,
Those strips of 6 foot public utility easements over portions of Lot 2 of
Lot Line Adjustment No. 457 recorded as Instrument No. 20000205813
of the Official Records of the County of Orange, California, said strips
having been granted to Southern California Edison Company in that
Grant of Easement recorded on May 15, 1957 in Book 3910, Page 85 of
Official Records of said County, generally located at 201 Katella
Avenue, in the City of Anaheim.
BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in the proposed vacation will be heard
at a hearing to beheld at 5:30 o'clock P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the
Chambers of the City Council located in the Civic Center located at 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805, on: T°arch 1 , 2005.
