A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT PROPERTY COMMONLY
KNOWN AS 9281 TINA WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim acquired title to certain
property located at 9281 Tina Way, containing approximately 930
square feet (hereinafter Property), which Property was used for
water well purposes; and,
WHEREAS, said water well has been abandoned and the
water well capped and Property is no longer required for
municipal purposes; and,
WHEREAS, the owner of the adjoining property has
offered to buy Property from the City; and,
WHEREAS, the value of Property has been determined to
be $5150.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that Property be sold to
Kevin Friedman et ux in consideration of the payment of $5150.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a
deed to convey Property to Kevin Friedman et ux upon receipt of
said payment.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this lstday of December
1998 .
