RESOLUTION NO. 70R- 61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PUtpOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utilitT purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the sarne-to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EDWARD P. WURTZ and
EVELYN WURTZ, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and ublic ut lit ur oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of Lot 26, Block 1 of the
Enterprise Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
page 89 of Mi$cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Harbor
Boulevard and Chestnut Street; thence Northerly along
the centerline of said Harbor Boulevard, 72.43 feet;
thence at right angles to said centerline, 45 feet to
a point on a line that is parallel with and distant
45 feet Westerly of said centerline; thence Southerly
along said parallel line, 27.53 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along
said curve through a central angle of 890 54' 00" an
arc distance of 23.54 feet to a point on a line that
is parallel with and distant 30.00 feet Northerly of
the centerline of Chestnut Street; thence Southerly
30.00 feet to a point on the centerline of said
Chestnut Street, said point being Westerly 59.92
feet fram the point of beginning; thence Easterly,
59.92 feet along said centerline of Chestnut Street
to the point of beginning.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of.Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of February ,19-ZL.
