A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMRNT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
Anaheim is
real property
road and
and
WHEREAS, the owner -- of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAMCO GROUP INVESTMENT
ollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the northerly 57 feet, as measured at right
angles to the centerline of Orange Avenue, of that parcel
of land described as follows:
The east 70 feet of the west 377 feet of the north half of
the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per Map recorded in
Book 51, page 11, et seq, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
EXCEPT THEREFROM that portion conveyed to the Orange County
Flood Control District, by deed recorded March 5, 1959 in
Book 4614, page 499, Official Records.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($I.OO).
