A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN1UmIH ACCEPTING AN EXECUTOR'S DEED FROM
THE ESTATE OF ANNA ZAHL.
WHEREAS, heretofore, in connection with the acquisition
of land for the An~heim Convention Center, the City of Anaheim
entered into a lease agreement with Anna Zahl with an option to
purchase the following described property:
All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land lying and
being in said City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, and bounded and particularly described
as follows, to wit~
Parcel One:
The East half of the North half of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Parcel Two:
The West 12.00 feet of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, Township
4 South, Range 10 ~vest, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page
10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
N~D WHEREAS, under the terms of the option which has
been exercised and the Estate of Anna Zahl has delivered to the
City of Anaheim an Executor's Deed conveying fee title to the
City of Anaheim in the aforementioned real property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to accept said Executor's Deed.
NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept and it does hereby accept that
certain Executor's Deed conveying fee title to the City of
Anaheim to the hereinabove described real property.
fu~D BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Executor's
Deed to be recorded together with the order of the Superior Court
"Directing Conveyance of Real Pro?erty Sold on Contract by
Decedent \! .
THE FOP~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
