A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING Bl:..SLlICN'I GPJ\lJ'I' DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAL AND PUBLIC
UTILITY FDEPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
and
Anaheim is
real property
road and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have
to sell and convey the sarne-to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
