RESOLUTION NO. 70R-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT EMPLOYING CHRISTOPHER JAFFE, INC.,
A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, TO PERFORM ACOUSTI-
CAL CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO TIfE GREEK THEATER
IN PEARSON PARK IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to employ an
acoustical consultant to furnish consultation services to the
Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Anaheim in connec-
tion with proposed improvements to the Greek Theater in Pearson
Park in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Christopher Jaffe, Inc., a California corpora-
tion, is qualified to render such acoustical consulting services
and desires to be employed for such purpose; and
WHEPBAS, said Christopher Jaffe, Inc. has submitted a
proposal for the acoustical consulting services hereinabove des-
cribed under date of May 16, 1969, the terms and conditions of
which proposal, including fees, the City Council finds to be
satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an agreement be made and entered into
by and between the City of Anaheim and Christopher Jaffe, Inc.,
a California corporation, providing for the employment of said
Christopher Jaffe, Inc. by the City to furnish acoustical consult-
ing services to the Parks and Recreation Department of the City
of Anaheim in connection with the proposed improvements to the
Greek Theater in Pearson Park in the City of Anaheim, upon the
terms and conditions, including fees, set forth in the proposal
above-mentioned submitted to the City by Christopher Jaffe, Inc.
under date of May 16, 1969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute such agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
