A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASE~ffiNT GP~NT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR UNDERGROUND ELEC-
'l'RICAL PUH.POSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purpOses, to wit: An easement for
electrical purposes
and
Anaheim is
real property
underground

WHEREAS, the owner -- of said property ha s
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and
offered
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nmv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FIRST AMERICAN TRUST
COI1PANY, trustee under 'l'rust No. P-44
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for under-
round electrical urposes

A public utility easement for the installation and
maintenance of underground electrical conduit and
related electrical facilities as shown on a map
attached hereto and made a part hereof, over, under
and across a strip of land ten (10) feet wide, unless
otllerwise indicated on said map, lying within the
following described parcel of land;
The north half of the northeast quarter of the south-
west quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10
vJest in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a I-lap re-
corded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THElmFRON that portion lying southerly of
a line parallel and concentric witl1 and distant
northerly 39.50 feet from the following described line:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of said
southwest quarter, said point being distant South
00 37' 35" East 668.84 feet from the northeast corner
of said southwest quarter; thence South 880 40' 2111
West 708.58 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave southerly having a radius of 1200.00 feet,
thence westerly and southwesterly along said curve
to a point in the west line of the northeast quarter
of said southwest quarter.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
