A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING BASEMEN'}' GRANT DERD
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for

WHEREAS, the owner~ of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LEASED STATIONS, INC.,
a Delaware corporation, and TEXACO INC., a Delaware corporatlon
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under ane;. across that Fortion of the i;orth 190 feet of
the Bast 195 feet of tl:e Uortheast quarter of Section
27, Tm'mship 4 South, Lange 10 West, S.B.B. & M., des-
cribed as follows;
Beginning in the Northeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of Section 27, 'I'ownship 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M.. said corner also being the center-
line intersection of Katella Avenue and Raster Street,
thence South 890 54 I 30 h-est along t.i1e centerline of

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
