A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purch~sing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes
Anaheim is
real property
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
WHITT~R CORPORATION, a California corporation
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across the northerly 5.00 feet of Lot 4, in Block 4, of
the Golden state, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder, County of Orange, State of California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of January , 19 70
