A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY F<)R AN EASEMENT FOR ALLEY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, tne City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purcha$ing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for alley and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same-to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
Nm'l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of J~lliS D. COOK, HERBERT
NEILL DAVIS, and B~ULAH MAY CALLAmu~, a widow
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for alley
and ublic uti lit ur oses

over, under and across the easterly 12.5 feet of .
Lot 2 in Block C of Tract No. 143, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 11, page 38, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTaER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
