A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASl.:MF:N'I' GRAN']"' DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous af purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility purposes.

to sell and convey the same to the City; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THERE PORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LARWIN MULTIHOUSING
CORPORATION
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 1, Tract No. 6646, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 249, pages 38 and 39 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows;
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Ball Road
and State College Boulevard, as shown on a Map of Tract
6409, recorded in Book 241, pages 25 through 29 of said
l'1iscellaneous t-'laps, thence North 00 05' 09", East along
the centerline of said State College Boulevard, 353.00
feet to the true point of beginning, thence South 890
56 I 28" West 53.00 feet to an intersection with a line
that is parallel with and 53 feet Westerly from the
centerline of said State College Boulevard; thence North
00 051 09" East alone; the aforementioned parallel line
220.93 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly and baving a radius of 25.00 feet; thence
Northerly and "Westerly along said curve through a central
anele of 900 08' 41' an arc distance of 39.33 feet, thence

the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of l~aheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
