A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
public utility ~urposes
and
Anaheim is
real property
road and
WHEREAS, the owner-- of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and ----
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of NANCYN~N LAUDER,
a married woman~ dealinq with her sole and separate
property
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 18,
Tract No. 2161, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 63, pages 33 et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said county, lying westerly and north-
westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the south line of
said lot, with a line parallel with and distant
easterly 47 feet, measured at right angles, from
the centerline of Euclid Street, adjoining said
lot on the west; thence along said parallel line,
North 00 03' 38" East, 86.16 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve, concave southeasterly and having
a radius of 15 feet; thence northeasterly along said
curve, through a central angle of 900 II' 00" an arc
distance of 23.61 feet to a point in the south line
of Catherine Drive, 54 feet wide, as shown on the
map of said tract.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance of
the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
