RESOLUTION NO. 70R-32
A RESOLUTIPN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI.TY
OF ANAHEIl1 AMENDING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NO. 94 BY THE ADOPTION OF "ALTERNATE 2.11
WHEREAS, qn December 29, 1969, the City Planning Com-
mission of the City iof Anaheim did hold a public hearing to
consider Area Develqpment Plan No. 94 encompassing an area more
particularly herein~fter described and at said hearing did receive
evidence and reports from persons interested therein and from its
staff; and
WHEREAS. wi thin a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolutio~ its findings of fact and declare its opinions
and reasons for recdmmending approval of Area Development Plan
No. 94, Alternate No.2; and
WHEREAS, 4pon receipt of said recommendation, summary
of evidence, report 'of findings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council did fix the 20th day of
January, 1970, as the time and the City Council Chamber in the
City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing
upon said Area Deve~opment Plan No. 94; and
WHEREAS. at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receiVe evidence and reports and did thereupon con-
sider the summary o~ evidence presented at said public hearing
before the Planning Commission, its report of findings and recom-
menda tions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 94, Alternate No.2, should be approved
as recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THERnFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 94, Alternate
No. 2 encompassing all of the following described area in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California:
That certain territory located on the South side
of Ball Road for a depth of approximately 660
feet extending between Sunkist Street on the East
and State College Boulevard on the West.
be and the same is hereby approved as recommended by City Planning
Commission Resolution PC69-256.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
