A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COill1CIL OF THE CITY
OF A1'JAHED1 ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEl>1ENT AND
RIGHT-OF-WAY CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEH1
CERTAIH REAL PROPERTY FOR lti\f EASEl-IENT FOR STORH
DRAIN PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is desirous of obtaining
an easement for storm drain purposes to drain the area of
Tract No. 6843 into the Santa Ana River~ and
WHE1{EAS, the Orange County Water District, a public
corporation, has offered to grant to the City of Anaheim an
easement for storm drain purposes over, under and across the
hereinafter described real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of the Orange County
Water District to grant to the City of Anaheim an easement for
storm drain purposes over, under and across that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
A strip of land 30.00 feet in width, into the Santa
Ana River, lying wi th.i..n that portion of Block: 25 of
the Golden State Trac.t, as shown on a map recorded
in Book 4, page 66 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, 'California, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of that certain
25 foot wide easement described in "Parcel 4" in the
deed recorded April 24, 1969, in Book 8937, page 825,
of Official Records of said county; thence South 80
14' 10" East, 128.66 feet; thence North 810 45' 50"
East, 30.00 feet; thence North 80 14' 1011 West, 151.34
feet to a point in the southeasterly line of Lot 1,
in Block 23 of said tract; thence along said south-
easterly line, $outh 440 40' 43" West, 37.61 feet to
the point of beginning.

Anaheim accept a conveyance of said property.
