RESOLUTION NO. 70R-l9
A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-70l GRANTING
VARIANCE NO. 2135 AMENDING CONDITION NO. 9 THERE-
OF.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore to wit, on
December 9, 1969, adopt Resolution No. 69R-70l finding and
determining that a variance should be granted as to the property
described therein subject to certain conditions set forth in said
resolution; and
WHEREAS, certain waivers were afforded applicant; and
WHEREAS, certain property owners have requested a change
in said variance as to Condition No.9; and
WHEREAS, -City Council finds that said request should be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2135 be, and it is hereby amended by altering
Condition No.9 to read as follows:
n(9) That passenger automobiles only shall be rented from
this fac~lity, that parking on the property shall be
limited for the rental of vehicles and employee
automobiles only and a maximum number of cars that can
be legally parked upon the property, and that no
mechanical work, painting or car washing of automobiles
or the pumping of gas shall be permitted on subject
property."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects, said
Resolution No. 69R-70l shall remain in full force and effect
granting Variance No. 2135.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 13th day of January, 1970.
