P~SOLUTION NO. --1QR-16
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A PORTION OF THE STATE
HIGHWAY SYSTEM AS PART OF THE CITY STREET
SYS TEI-1 .
WHEREAS, the City of ~~aheim and the State of California
have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated December 15,
1964, relating to the portion of Riverside Freeway, State Highway
Road 07-0ra-9l 3.3/9.2 between the westerly city limit near Dale
Street and State Eoute 55; and
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the
following revision is desirable, to wit: Provide a cul-de-sac
on Dale Street at the southerly side of the Route 91 Freeway as
shown on print labeled Exhibit "A", and on file in the Office
of the City Clerk.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved and ordered that the
City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and approves
the proposed revision set forth hereinabove, it being understood
that a revised freeway agreement incorporating said revision is
to be entered into at some future date.
